I hope you don’t get screwed by Acad. <BR/><BR/>It is a sad -and all to often concealed- truth that big software companies abuse their clients because of their monopoly.<BR/>If many, many people complained it could perhaps evolve, but I’m afraid that once rough power is the norm (remember the publicity scaring you stiff by alluding to DEA-like invasions from the BSA), there little room left for discussion. <BR/><BR/>In the end the only solution (if you don’t want to get illegal) is pay or leave. And there are some alternatives becoming credible (e.g. based on Intellicad such as Bricsys, ZwCad,..).<BR/><BR/>Anyway, the more protest, the more choices, the better. This is another example of problems you get when companies (Microsoft in this case) don’t comply to W3C HTML standards...
